Leaders and followers enter individually. In the prelims, you dance with different partners and to different tempos. Judges select individual dancers for the final.
Technique, musicality and the ability to create a partnership matter. Finalists are paired at random and judged as couples.

Enter as a couple and dance to songs of different tempos. Judges select the couples who move on to the final.
Partnership, technique, musical improvisation and performance all count. Choreographed elements and airsteps are welcome when used musically within the dance.
Open to all levels.

Dance the prelims in an all-skate format to DJ music at different tempos. Judges select finalists for their musicality, technique and improvisation.
The final is a knockout tournament. Open to all levels.
